These communities are considered to have lower access to opportunity and lower displacement risk.
Shared Characteristics
Communities offer minimal transit access for residents. The lower density development pattern does not support high-capacity transit (HCT). They predominantly consist of single-family (SF) housing options with few multi-family (MF) units available.
