Robin Koskey will be the new lead for government relations and communications at the Puget Sound Regional Council. 

“I’m so pleased to share that Robin will be joining our team at PSRC. Her leadership in government relations and strategic communications will strengthen our collaborative efforts on public policy at the state and local levels,” said Josh Brown, PSRC’s Executive Director.  

Ms. Koskey served as the Deputy Director of the Office of Intergovernmental Relations for the City of Seattle, where she led efforts to increase investment in affordable housing and advance city policy priorities. Prior to that she led government relations and strategic communications for the City’s Office of Housing, where she led media engagement on affordable housing issues and fostered partnerships with government, philanthropy and community based organizations.

Prior to joining the City of Seattle, Ms. Koskey worked for a variety of non-profit organizations advancing legislative housing priorities.

“I look forward to being a part of PSRC in shaping an equitable future for the region and ensuring the meaningful engagement of communities in regional planning processes ” said Robin Koskey.

Ms. Koskey is recognized for her adept problem-solving and expertise in building public-private partnerships.  She employs a racial justice and equity-focused lens to help promote equitable housing policies.

She has a bachelor’s and law degree from the University of Connecticut. 

Ms. Koskey will start work at PSRC in May.
