Last Updated:
Feb 20, 2018

The park-and-ride database contains data on approximately 220 park-and-ride lot locations in the Puget Sound region.

The primary dataset includes the name and address of the park-and-ride, quarterly and yearly capacity, occupancy and utilization rates, and the data source for each of the locations surveyed.

Starting in 2011, the data was tracked on a yearly basis. Quarterly data for these years can be made available upon request.

  • How long has the park-and-ride capacity and occupancy data been collected?

    • This data has been consistently collected since 2002; however, limited data for some locations exists as far back as 1995.

  • Is any other detailed park-and-ride data available?

    • Additional detailed information on park and ride amenities is updated less frequently and is available by request, including bus service, ferry service, commuter rail service, vanpool/carpool service, shelters, and public restrooms.
