An overview of the 2021-2024 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The Draft 2021-2024 Regional TIP as of September 2020 included 315 projects with $4.3 billion of investment within King, Kitsap, Pierce and Snohomish Counties that support planning for growth throughout the region. These projects are funded with federal, state and local funds, including the most recent federal grants awarded through PSRC as part of the 2020 project selection process. The TIP is required under federal and state legislation and helps to ensure that transportation projects in the region are meeting regional policies and federal and state requirements such as those under the Clean Air Act.
