Projects Released for Public Comment
Several PSRC funding processes have occurred in the past several months, resulting in the project recommendations below. These projects are being released for public review and comment, with approval by the PSRC Boards scheduled for September 2010.
Additional Federal Highway Administration funds became available for distribution in the region, due to higher than anticipated FFY 2010 allocations. Projects from an approved contingency list are being recommended for the $24.8 million available. In addition, six projects have been recommended to receive $2 million available through the Rural Town Centers and Corridors program, along with two contingency projects. Four projects receiving new Federal Transit Administration funds are also being released for public review and comment. Information on the projects and how to comment is below.
