Regional Traffic Operations Committee
The Regional Traffic Operations Committee (RTOC) promotes a collaborative and coordinated approach to regional traffic operations investments and practices in the central Puget Sound region with an emphasis on:
• Traffic signal enhancement and system coordination
• Regional traffic operations (Active Traffic Management) at the arterial and freeway levels
• Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
